Q: What shipping options are available?

Online orders will be shipped through the carrier based on the customers choice at checkout. We (do not) ship to P.O. boxes. Please contact us if you are interested in an expedited shipping on your order.

Q: Do you ship outside of the USA?

Yes, we ship worldwide via USPS or Fed Ex. Customs duties and import fees to your country will vary and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Check with your local customs office for more information. Freight fees will vary depending on what parts are ordered and the size of the box(es). Please e-mail a list items you intend to order so we may calculate the best, most efficient, and least expensive method to ship your order.

Q: Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii?

We (do not) ship to Alaska and Hawaii.

Q: What could cause a shipping delay?

Shipping delay can occur when the wrong address or zip code is submitted for the shipping address. If the shipping company can not deliver the package we will contact you via phone or email.

During the holiday season shipping delivery may vary.

Q: Is there a cost to return or cancel an item?

If an item needs to be returned/cancelled the shipping/cancellation fees are the customer's responsibility.

Amount of refund will be based on the purchase price of your product along with any restocking/cancellation fees. 

Restocking/Refund/Cancellation fee is 25% of the purchase price when you use any payment method on DDP Motorsports.

By purchasing from Dude's Diesel Performance/DDP Motorsports, YOU agree to this 100% and will be responsible for paying any and all fees mentioned above. By purchasing from Dude's Diesel Performance/DDP Motorsports, YOU agree to this 100% and will not dispute this with the payment method used on this site. If you do, you agree to pay all fees associated with it as well as the time it takes for a member of Dude's Diesel Performance/DDP Motorsports to process the return/dispute and anything else that pertains to the time it takes to handle the dispute. 

Why is there a fee to cancel a product that i purchased?

 

The reason for this is because even though the product has not shipped yet, there are a lot of things that happen in the background when an order is placed. Shipping labels are purchased, packaging is used or purchased to get it ready, products are ordered directly from the manufacturer and if cancelled we get charged a cancellation/refund/return fee so that means we have to pass it down to the customer. Each transaction also has a fee. Dude's Diesel Performance/DDP Motorsports covers the first transaction fee as a thank you for doing business with us. When a customer requests for a refund no matter the situation there is a fee associated with that which will be the customers responsibility. It also takes time to do this properly to make sure it gets back into your account safely and quickly. This is why there is a fee when simply requesting for a cancellation or refund. Unfortunately we are not like the big companies that can eat the fees and move on. We are too small and every cent counts! We do apologize and hope that you understand.
