62 Gallon*, extra heavy duty cross-linked polyethylene fuel tank. Tank comes complete with powder-coated cross-member support bracket and steel strap set, extruded rubber mounting bushings, vent hoses, 2 ea. rollover safety vent valves, seals and required clamps.

Tank features exclusive low fuel trap design. For Crew Cab vehicles with 8 ft. Bed. Tank hangs approximately only 1" below bottom of the stock fuel tank shield bracket (on vehicles so equipped). Tank is approximately 2” deeper than the stock OEM tank.

For model years 2001-2010.
For 2500 and 3500 Models (single and dual rear wheel) with Duramax Engines.

The TITAN tank is 28 gallons larger at 62 gallons. The stock tank is only 34 gallons.

Our mid-ship, direct replacement fuel tanks use your trucks stock/OE sending unit. An aftermarket or upgraded sending unit is not needed or required in anyway.

For those wishing to use an aftermarket sending unit, our tanks are compatible with Fleece, AirDog, FASS, etc.

Fitment of our mid-ship, direct replacement fuel tanks no not interfere nor is there any modifications needed when using them with; -AMP or other powered steps -Air bag suspension systems

TITAN Fuel Tanks Direct Replacement, Mid-Ship Fuel Tanks are manufactured to use the trucks stock/original equipment fuel sending unit. The trucks stock sending unit is removed from the stock tank and mounted into the TITAN tank. They are a direct fit, there are no modifications needed. With use of the stock sending unit, the trucks analog fuel gauge will read correct and accurate with the TITAN tank.

Note: The "LB7 Kit" is required on all 2001 to 2003 General Motors trucks. On 2004 models it is required if the eighth character in the VIN is a “1”
