Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

1. Return & Refund Window
Customers have 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a Return, Refund, or Cancellation (RMA).
After 7 days, all requests will be denied unless otherwise approved in writing by Dude’s Diesel Performance / DDP Motorsports.
If the original packaging has been opened, altered, or tampered with in any way, the return will be automatically denied unless specifically approved by Dude’s Diesel Performance / DDP Motorsports.
Electronics and VIN-specific items (such as emissions-compliant custom tuning) are not returnable or refundable under any circumstances.

Order Cancellation Policy (24–48 Hour Advance Notice Required)
Order Cancellations
To ensure accurate processing and timely fulfillment, all order cancellation requests must allow a minimum of 24–48 hours of advance notice for our team to review and determine whether the order can be canceled.
Many of the products we sell are:

Processed through automated fulfillment systems
-
Drop-shipped directly from manufacturers
-
Prepared and shipped before tracking information is generated
Because of these automated processes, orders may enter fulfillment or ship quickly. Once an order has entered processing, fulfillment, or shipment, it cannot be canceled, even if tracking information has not yet been updated.
Important Notes:

Providing notice does not guarantee that an order can be canceled

Orders that have already entered processing, fulfillment, or shipment cannot be canceled

Lack of tracking information does not indicate that an order has not shipped

Customers are responsible for reviewing product details, lead times, and order accuracy before placing an order
If a cancellation request is approved, applicable payment processing or administrative fees may still apply, as outlined in our Terms and Conditions.
By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.
2. Restocking & Processing Fees
All approved returns, refunds, or cancellations are subject to restocking, cancellation, and/or payment processing fees.

Restocking Fees: 5%–25% of the product value (non-negotiable)

Payment Processing Fees: 3%–6%, depending on the payment method used
These fees cannot be waived and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
3. Payment Processing Fee (Explained)
Even if your order has not shipped, once an order is placed, we incur transaction fees immediately when your payment is processed — and again when a refund is issued.
Because of this, all cancellation/refund requests are subject to a 3–6% processing fee.
We are a small, independent business, not a large corporation or Amazon.
Refunding and reprocessing transactions costs us real money and administrative time.
If you wish to cancel, you are agreeing 100% that this fee applies, without exception.
4. Dispute & Chargeback Policy
By purchasing from Dude’s Diesel Performance / DDP Motorsports, you are waiving your right to dispute, chargeback, or reverse any transaction through your bank, credit card company, PayPal, Affirm, or any other payment provider.
You are acknowledging and agreeing that:

You have read and accepted all store policies before checkout.

You fully understand our restocking and processing fees.
-
You will not file a dispute, chargeback, or reversal for any reason, including delays, backorders, or dissatisfaction.

If you initiate a dispute or chargeback, you agree to pay $175.00 per hour (1-hour minimum) for time spent compiling documentation, responding to your payment provider, and handling the dispute.

Most disputes take 2–4 hours to process.

You authorize Dude’s Diesel Performance / DDP Motorsports to charge your payment method for these fees.
If you do not agree with these terms — DO NOT PURCHASE from us.
By completing checkout, you are voluntarily acknowledging, accepting, and agreeing to these terms in full.
5. Product Issues & Warranty Claims
If you experience an issue with a product purchased from Dude’s Diesel Performance / DDP Motorsports:

Notify us immediately before attempting a return.

Our technical team will assist in diagnosing the problem.
-
If the issue is determined to be a manufacturing defect, it will be repaired or replaced under warranty.

If the issue is due to installation error, misuse, or external factors, the customer will be responsible for all repair or replacement costs, as well as return shipping.
6. Actuator Policy (Specific Items)
City Diesel and DDP Holset Remanufactured Actuators are non-refundable once the seal has been broken.
They may only be returned for diagnosis, repair, or replacement after approval and issuance of an RMA number.
Any actuator received without approval or a valid RMA number will be denied and returned at the customer’s expense.
7. LinksWell Product Policy
All LinksWell products are non-refundable under any circumstance once an order has been placed and processed.
LinksWell’s manufacturer policy allows for replacement only, not refunds.
Troubleshooting Requirement
If you experience an issue with a LinksWell product, you must complete the official LinksWell troubleshooting process before any warranty or replacement can be approved.
This process is required by LinksWell directly and must be conducted via email only for record keeping and verification.
It can be a lengthy process, but it is mandatory in order to qualify for any replacement consideration.
By purchasing a LinksWell product through Dude’s Diesel Performance / DDP Motorsports, you are acknowledging and agreeing to follow this process in full.
You also understand that LinksWell does not allow refunds and that all warranty decisions are made solely by LinksWell, not by Dude’s Diesel Performance / DDP Motorsports.
Authorized Installation Recommendation
LinksWell systems are complex and require technical familiarity with their configuration and software.
We strongly recommend that all LinksWell products be installed and configured by an authorized LinksWell dealer or installer.
Failure to do so can result in improper setup or operation and may void warranty coverage.
Testing Fees & Return Process
If a product is sent back to LinksWell for testing:

If LinksWell finds no defect, or determines that the issue is not covered under warranty, you (the customer) will be responsible for:

Any testing fees set by LinksWell (amount determined by LinksWell directly), and
-
All return shipping costs.
These fees must be paid in full before the product is returned to you.

If LinksWell determines that the product is defective and covered under warranty, they will repair or replace the product free of charge and cover the return shipping.
Customer Acknowledgment & Waiver
By purchasing any LinksWell product from Dude’s Diesel Performance / DDP Motorsports, you:

Acknowledge that LinksWell’s warranty and replacement process is handled entirely by LinksWell, not by DDP Motorsports.

Agree to follow LinksWell’s troubleshooting and replacement policies in full.

Waive all rights to dispute, chargeback, or reverse the transaction for any reason related to LinksWell products, including dissatisfaction, delays, or warranty handling.

Understand and agree that refunds are not permitted, and replacements are the only resolution offered.
If you do not agree to these terms, do not purchase any LinksWell product from us.
By completing your purchase, you are agreeing 100% to adhere to all LinksWell and DDP Motorsports policies.
8. Customer Acknowledgment
By purchasing from Dude’s Diesel Performance / DDP Motorsports, you are:

Affirming that you have read, understood, and agreed to all of the above terms.

Waiving all rights to dispute, reverse, or chargeback any payment made.

Accepting that all fees, costs, and dispute time are the responsibility of the customer.

Authorizing us to charge your payment method for any applicable fees if a dispute is initiated.
If you do not agree to every part of this policy — DO NOT PURCHASE FROM US.
We cannot make this any clearer.
