Building a 2005+ Ford Superduty axle and don’t like how thin the aftermarket inner C’s look? Neither do we. Like the 2005+ outer knuckle, our C’s are cast and machined here in the USA.
We added 1/2” to the inner side for more engagement and added webbing to tie the upper & lower potions of the knuckle into the added material. While we were at it we wanted to add a better place for shock mounting….see the flat area on the top portion of the C?
