Pre-load bed support’s mount on the rear bed posts next to the tailgate with a drivers side flag mount. LH/RH rod ends allow the support rod to pre load the bed post. This will help keep your tailgate from falling off and the bed post cracking during heavy off road use. Pull pins hold the support rods and allow for quick removal for loading the truck bed. Mounts are made of 3/16″ HR Steel, Rods are Aluminum threaded 3/8″ NF. Rods and mounts come Powdered coated Semi Gloss Black. All hardware included for mounting. Drilling is required and the rear tail lights removed to gain access to the lower mounting bolt. If your truck has a factory installed 5th wheel trailer plug mounted on the rear post this product will not work. Install time is 45 mins.
