It features a 63mm billet compressor wheel and 67mm exhaust turbine wheel and comes with a City Diesel Turbo Actuator, and nitrided nozzle ring to help with wear and soot buildup. No calibration is required and it maintains the factory turbocharger functions. The Hooligan turbocharger is made with all new parts for reliability, durability, increase boost, lower EGTs and lower drive pressures.
