A full set (front and rear) of fixed length, caster corrected Jeep JKU Control Arms complete with Serviceable and Rebuildable 17-4 Stainless Steel Spherical Bearings. The arms are made from US Steel with gusseted joint housings complete with strategically placed zerk fittings to ensure greasing is as easy as possible.

The Upper arms are greased from the bottom of the joint housings while the lowers keep the zerks out of danger on the top of the joint housing.
The joints themselves consist of an in-house machined 17-4 Stainless Ball-center that pivots inside our proprietary urethane races with integrated grease channels ensuring proper grease distribution, extended joint life and silent operation.
Given the spherical Bearings at both ends (on all but the front, Upper), rubber joint washers (wobble stoppers) are preinstalled where necessary to ensure no unwanted rattling/rotation from the arms without limiting articulation capability.
In a market filled with double adjustable options, we’ve elected to do our arms in fixed length to ensure they pair perfectly with our suspension systems and tire recommendations. The JKU fits a 35″ tire on our systems. An aftermarket fender is recommended, as well as a more offset wheel. Those wanting to run 37″ tires are left to extend their rear arms to clear the pinch-weld at the front of the rear wheel well, or trim the pinch weld. If the rear arm is extended AT ALL, the track bar riser will contact the rear, driver’s side shock.
We’re all about what works – for those that want to drive their Jeeps knowing that everything they put on, regardless of who installed it, was designed to work in concert toward one performance goal, these are the answer. Pick your system based on your application: Commuter, Backcountry or Pathfinder – then, add the control arms. There’s no concern the ends are in bind as the jam nuts were set incorrectly, no concern the jam nuts will come loose (tally up to 16 jam nuts to maintain on a full set of double adjustable arms), or that the length was set incorrectly fore/aft leading to clearance issues or side to side resulting in dog-tracking.
These arms will remove the complication – install them with our recommended 35″ tires (or 37″ if you want to trim your rear pinch weld) and know your caster is corrected and front and rear suspension will cycle bind-free while you enjoy the ride boost from the friction free spherical joints.
