2003-2012 DODGE RAM 3500

2003-2013 DODGE RAM 2500

In 2003-2007 Dodge Ram 2500 & 3500 produced a Y steering system. This was just horrible geometry and caused Death Wobble. In 2008 Dodge produced a T style system which was a huge improvement.

Our steering T style system was designed to keep OEM geometry which lots of people think it is bad, but in truth the T style is really good. With keeping the OEM geometry, you have less chances to get death wobble or premature wear on joints. Features include:

  • 1.5" DOM 1080 3/8” wall tube
  • Custom made 4140 Heat treated Chromoly Joints are adjustable to take up slack as the joints wear in to keep a new steering feel all the time. Not overseas ones that wear out in 25k miles. These joints have been used in the Military and Nascar for 20 years.
  • Rebuildable joints, you won't even need a new alignment after rebuild.
  • OEM Geometry, the reason nobody does this is because it is too hard to manufacture with good materials. Keeping the original geometry means you don’t get the normal aftermarket dead spot.
  • Passenger Tie rod is gated like the original joint. This is huge to keep a good feeling in steering wheel and not have to use rock crawler style wobble stoppers like other aftermarket companies do.
  • Copper lined pins for to prevent pins seizing into the knuckles
  • Fits stock to 3” of lift, will fit any lift kit that uses pitman arm and track bar drops currently using OEM style steering.
  • Alignments can be done in the truck!
  • NO JAM NUTS. Complete game changer here. Jam nuts are great if you get to the required torque of 200ft lbs. But most people only can get them to 90ft lbs and they come loose causing premature failure.
  • 100% USA made parts here in Michigan
  • Heavy Duty Powder coat to withstand winter (as much as possible)

*** NOTES (the ugly truth)****

Steering alone will not fix other steering related issues if you have bad: track bar/bushings, ball joints, worn steering box, bad lift geometry, bad alignment. Please check them prior or during install to double check these items.

If you have the Y steering system, you need the T steering pitman arm. MOPAR part number 68039930AA from 08.5-13.

You must grease them with a high-quality synthetic grease every 5k miles. If not, the warranty is voided.

You must use a torque wrench, if impact socket evidence is on the nuts they warranty is void. NO IMPACTS!
