We designed our Billet Fuel Filter Caps for the updated 6.7 Cummins engine to not only look great, but function even better! From the factory, these trucks are known to trap air in the fuel filter housing. Causing extended crank symptoms, P2540 Low Pressure Fuel System Sensor Performance code and ultimately help avoid damaging your trucks injection system from the air that gets trapped every time your fuel filters are changed.
To accomplish this, we designed a bleeder system that allows you to easily bleed any trapped air from the fuel filter and water separator. All of the bleeder system components are designed and manufactured by us to ensure function and longevity. We include a quick connect hose for each filter cap that can be plumbed right with the factory filter drain tubes to ensure any fuel that comes out of the bleeders drains below the truck.
