DDP Motorsports Warranty Policy

 

1. General Warranty Terms

DDP Motorsports stands behind the products we sell and offers a warranty process for eligible items. By purchasing from DDP Motorsports, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following warranty terms and conditions. This policy is legally binding, and all customers agree not to dispute these terms under any circumstances.

2. No Refund Policy

  • Warranty claims are strictly subject to the warranty process outlined in this policy.

  • Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances unless explicitly approved by DDP Motorsports, at our sole discretion.

  • Customers acknowledge and agree that by initiating a warranty claim, they waive any right to request a refund unless explicitly authorized by DDP Motorsports.

3. Warranty Claim Process

Customers must follow the steps outlined below when requesting warranty service:

  1. Submission of Warranty Claim

    • Customers must complete the official DDP Motorsports warranty form with all required details and supporting documentation.

  2. Review and Assistance

    • DDP Motorsports will review the claim and determine if it qualifies under the manufacturer’s or our warranty guidelines.

  3. No Refunds During Warranty Processing

    • Customers understand that warranty processing takes time and agree to wait for the completion of the process.

    • If a customer chooses to purchase a replacement product instead of waiting, they forfeit any right to a refund for the replacement purchase and agree not to dispute the charge.

  4. Resolution of Warranty Claims

    • If the claim is approved, the product will be repaired or replaced per the manufacturer’s warranty terms.

    • The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the warranty claim unless otherwise stated by DDP Motorsports.

    • If the claim is denied, the customer is responsible for the cost of repairs or replacement, and they agree to cover these costs in full without dispute.

4. Emergency Replacement Policy

  • If a customer requires an immediate replacement due to an urgent situation, they may purchase a new product from DDP Motorsports at a discounted rate.

  • If the original warranty claim is approved, DDP Motorsports may issue a refund for the approved amount.

  • If the warranty claim is denied, the customer will not receive a refund for the replacement purchase.

  • The customer agrees to these terms and further agrees not to dispute the charge.

5. Dispute Policy and Handling Fees

  • Any chargebacks or disputes filed against this policy will be subject to a handling fee of $150 per hour, with a one-hour minimum.

  • By purchasing from DDP Motorsports, customers agree to this dispute handling fee and authorize DDP Motorsports to charge the fee to their payment method on file.

6. Agreement and Acknowledgment

By completing a purchase or submitting a warranty claim with DDP Motorsports, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this warranty policy in its entirety. This policy is binding and enforceable under applicable laws.
