WARNING:
Use HWK-688-PP hardware kit when installing a Synergy MFG Track Bar and Sector Shaft Brace with this product.
Using the Factory or the standard PSC supplied bolts with the Synergy MFG Track Bar and Sector Shaft Brace could result in steering gear case failure.
NOTES:
The larger size of the BIG BORE XD Steering Gear may prohibit the use of some aftermarket track bars.
To achieve the best on-the-road drivability, recommended front axle caster setting is 7 degrees POSITIVE.
A high steer or drag link flip kit may need to be installed on vehicles with more than four (4) inches of lift.
There are no drop Pitman arms on the market that fit the Big Bore XD Steering Gear.
PSC recommends using SWEPCO 715 Power Steering Fluid in all Cylinder Assist Kits.
